When the reservation is agreed upon, the tenant will be sent an invoice and a rental agreement, which must be signed by both parties. The lessor may require an identity card when concluding the contract.

Possibility to book the villa for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 15 days.

The villa can be booked at least 2 days before arrival.

The accommodation fee must be paid at once or according to the agreement at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation is possible no later than 14 days before the arrival date. The refund will be made within 2 weeks of cancelling the reservation.

The villa does not allow stag parties or visiting acquaintances who could use the house's rental benefits for free.

 

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but you can rent them on site for an additional fee of 20 euros per person or bring your own.

Pets are not allowed.

The tenant's minimum age must be at least 30 years. Minor children and young people are only allowed with their parents.
